Jean-Charles Douin has twenty years of experience in private equity. He joined Peugeot Invest after sixteen years at the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, where he was head of private equity activities in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Previously, he worked at CapVest (2005-2008), a pan-European mid-cap private equity fund, and at UBS Investment Bank (2003-2005) where he was a financial analyst in the consumer goods sector. Prior to his appointment as Peugeot Invest’s Chief Executive Officer, he had spent his entire career in London. He is a graduate of HEC Paris business school.

Sébastien Coquard is Deputy CEO of Peugeot Invest. He joined the firm in 2006.
His previous experience include long term investments at AGF Insurance (Allianz France), equity capital market and M&A at Oddo and corporate banking at Paribas.
He holds a Master in Finance (DESS) from Grenoble University and a Master in Management from University of Paris Dauphine.

Marie Ahmadzadeh joined Peugeot Invest's investment team in 2015.
She began her career with Goldman Sachs in London in 2008 within the merger & acquisitions and financing teams, before joining the Fonds Stratégique d’Investissement / Bpifrance Mid & Large Cap in 2011, and CDC International Capital in 2014 as an investment manager.

Marie graduated from ESCP Europe.

Alice Baverez joined Peugeot Invest’s legal team in 2018.
Admitted to the Paris Bar, specialized in business and corporate law, she worked for four years in the law firm Jones Day, where her practice mainly focused on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity and capital market transactions. 
Alice graduated from ESSEC Business School, Paris II Panthéon-Assas University (MA in Business Law) and Paris IV Sorbonne University (MA in Literature).

Vincent Béchemin joined Peugeot Invest’s legal team in 2022.

He began his career with the law firm Cornet Vincent Ségurel before joining the Colas Group in 2019.

He is specialized in corporate law, mergers & acquisitions and capital market transactions.

Vincent holds a master's degree in Business law from the University of Rennes (DJCE) and a certificate of specialized studies in corporate law from the University of Montpellier.

Benoît Billès joined the Peugeot Invest teams in 2023.

He began his career at PwC in their Paris and New York offices as auditor in the financial services industry, before joining the finance and control department of BNP Paribas CIB in New York in 2016. In 2019, Benoît joined Lazard as Director in the Internal Audit department.

Benoit is a Chartered Accountant and holds a master’s degree in Audit and Control (CCA) from the University of Montpellier I.

Laetitia Blot-Dollfus joined Peugeot Invest's finance department in 2016.
She began her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Paris in 2010 as a financial auditor in the Investment Management sector, before joining the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) in 2015, within the Asset Management Directorate, in charge of monitoring a portfolio of French investment management companies.
She graduated from Audencia Nantes.

Maxime Bouquet joined Peugeot Invest's investment team in 2020. Maxime began his career as a financial analyst at Moneta Asset Management in 2014. For over 5 years he covered several sectors (TMT, Medtech) in the universe of European listed companies.

Maxime is a graduate of EDHEC business school and holds a CFA.

Amaury Cabaud joined Peugeot Invest's investment team in 2018. He started his career in strategy consulting at L.E.K. Consulting where he spent more than 3 years.

Amaury graduated from Dauphine and ESCP Europe.

Léonore Charles joined Peugeot Invest’s investment team in 2022.

She began her career in 2019 at CA-CIB, where she worked in M&A for 3 years.

Léonore graduated from EM-Lyon.

Timothé Desgarceaux joined Peugeot Invest in 2024 as a financial analyst.

Timothé previously worked at Peugeot Invest during various internships, first in the finance department and then in the investment team. After a 12-month apprenticeship at Moneta Asset Management as assistant manager and analyst, he joined Peugeot Invest's finance department.

Timothé is a graduate of NEOMA Business School.

Guillaume Falguière joined Peugeot Invest's investment team in 2017.
Following a position in M&A, Guillaume Falguière began his career as a buy-side analyst at BDL Capital Management. During 9 years, he covered various sectors (TMT and industrials) and particularly contributed to the expansion of the firm. 
He graduated from ESCP Europe.

Anne-Camille de Froissard joined Peugeot Invest's investment team in 2017.
She began her career in private equity in 2010 at Caisse des Dépôts (CDC), before joining Aquila Asset Management as a Real Estate Financial analyst in 2013, and AXA Investment Managers Real Assets as a Fund analyst in 2015.
Anne-Camille graduated from ESSEC Business School, and holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from UCP as well as a MBA from NTU Singapore.

Victor Fuzat joined Peugeot Invest’s investment team in 2022.

He began his career in 2020 at BEX Capital, where he realized Private Equity secondary transactions for almost two years.

Victor graduated from the London School of Economics, the EDHEC Business School, and the EBS Universität in Germany.

Ingrid de Keréver joined the finance department of Peugeot Invest in 2021. She started her career in 2017 at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Paris as an auditor of real estate companies.  She graduated from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University and Grenoble Ecole de Management.

Karine Lecourt joined Peugeot Invest’s finance department in 2018. She began her career at BDO, then worked for various accounting and auditing firms for seven years. Karine is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of EM Strasbourg Business School.

François Massut joined Peugeot Invest's investment team in 2015 to be in charge of the private equity portfolio.
He has begun his career in the private equity industry since 2004 within different subsidiaries of the French sovereign wealth fund : Caisse des Dépôts (CDC): French Pension Reserve Fund (FRR), balance sheet of CDC, and Bpifrance Investment.

He also is a visiting professor at Paris-Dauphine University when he teaches private equity courses.
He graduated from Dauphine University with an Msc in Finance (Magistère BFA), a MA in Business Law (DESS 214) and a MA in Sustainable Development.

Jean-Baptiste Molmy joined Peugeot Invest's legal team in 2015. 
He began his career in 2010 as a French attorney (Avocat à la Cour) within the Paris office of the US law firm Davis Polk & Wardwell, where his practice mainly focused on public and private merger and acquisition, capital market and refinancing transactions.

He graduated with an MA in Business and Tax Law from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University.

Chloé Obadia joined the investment team at Peugeot Invest in 2025. She began her career in 2023 as a strategy consultant at Kearney.

Chloé graduated from HEC Paris.

Julien Pierson joined Peugeot Invest’s investment team in 2020.

Julien began his career in M&A at Deloitte in 2005, before joining the fund of funds arm of Groupama Private Equity in 2007, and Palico, the private equity funds marketplace dedicated to secondary and primary transactions in 2012.

Julien earned a Masters Degree in Corporate Finance from EM-Lyon.

Béatrice has 8 years' experience in communications. She started as a journalist, she went on to specialize in marketing following several experiences in start-ups as Communications Manager and Brand Content Strategist, before working as a consultant for numerous clients in the energy, finance, construction and security sectors.

Béatrice is a graduate of the IUT Paris Descartes and the Institut des Hautes Études des Communications Sociales (Brussels).

Béatrice Pons-Thibaut joined Peugeot Invest's Finance Department in 2022 as Head of Consolidation.

She began her career in 1996 as an auditor with Mazars, then with Grant Thornton, before joining Ciments Français Group in 2000 as Accounting Manager, then joining the Consolidation Department in 2004 until 2012.

She then became co-head of the Consolidation Department at BIC Group.

Béatrice is a chartered accountant (memorialist) and a graduate of Lincoln International Business School in Management and Finance.

Elodie Roueil joined Peugeot Invest as HR Director in 2023.

Previously, Elodie held the position of Human Resources Director at Bpifrance, where she contributed to the institution's development. She also held key positions as Human Resources Director at the Fonds Stratégique d'Investissement and as HR Director for France and Benelux at Accenture Technology Solutions.

As a member of the management bodies of Etablissements Peugeot Frères, Peugeot Invest and Peugeot Frères Industrie, Elodie is involved in strategic decisions in her various areas of activity.

Eric de Saint-Exupéry joined Peugeot Invest's investment team in 2018.
He started at Rothschild & Cie in Paris in 2015, where he spent almost three years as an Investment Banking Analyst.
Eric graduated from EDHEC Business School. 

Sophie Vernier-Reiffers joined Peugeot Invest in 2008.
Admitted to the Paris Bar, specialized in corporate law, capital market transactions and mergers & acquisitions, she worked for eight years in law firms, including five years at De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés. 
She holds a DEA in Business Law from Paris Dauphine University and a DEJA in Spanish Law from Paris Nanterre University.

Ilan Zribi joined Peugeot Invest's investment team in 2022.

He started as a buy-side analyst at Edmond Rothschild Asset Management in 2015. After covering European stock markets at Rothschild & Cie, he worked 4 years in Bpifrance’s Large Cap team with a focus on French listed companies.

Ilan graduated from EDHEC.
